Renting a Self Catering Townhouse is a popular trend in South Africa. Due to the fact that you have the same luxuries and homely comfort at more affordable rates, people choose to stay in a self catering townhouse when looking for business accommodation. Some of the biggest benefits of renting a self catering townhouse include:

Cost Effectiveness: Self catering accommodation is the cost effective solution for business stay overs. Renting hotel rooms are expensive. It may be appropriate for a couple of days here and there. However for longer business visits a self catering townhouse is the better option. You are not compromising your living standards. In fact you are getting your own private space to enjoy.

Excellent Luxury Amenities: The townhouses are fully furnished. These places are fitted with all the required luxuries for a great stay. A wide selection of places in major cities are available for businesses to use.

Entertainment & Communication: Most of the rentals have the option of making use of DSTV. Various places of interest are also in and around the major cities. In Cape Town you can go to Table Mountain or one of the breath taking beaches. In Gauteng you have the Cradle of Humankind, Gold Reef City, a host of shops and more. You can spend your leisure time in the comfort of your townhouse, or visit some of the great destinations around the major cities.

Home Cooked Food: If you have stayed in a hotel for an extended period of time you will know the food becomes unbearable. You can only eat that much take aways, and that much hotel food. Staying in a fully furnished Townhouse you are able to make your favourite meal. You can also keep your favourite snacks and have some drinks in the fridge. This would difficult in a hotel.

These are great reasons to make use of self catering accommodation for your longer business trips. Contact Feel-at-Home Properties to rent a self catering townhouse for business accommodation.

The Citizen reports all lights are green and good to go for a successful event. This is seen as a pre-event for the soccer next year, in 2010 – what an event, a soccer extravaganza! This is a great soccer tournament.

All four of the venues for the event (Confederations Cup) – Ellis Park in Johantnesburg, Loftus Versfeld in Pretoria, Free State stadium in Bloemfontein and Royal Bafokeng stadium in Rustenburg – were ready.” – The Citizen
